          Cherry blossoms are the most common flowers in Japan as well as being the National flower in the Japan. Cherry blossoms symbolize a woman, life, and death. The meaning of cherry blossoms for Japanese people as a carrier of fortune and benefit. The color of the flower depends on the types, which is white, pink, light yellow, light green, and bright red. These flowers are classified into three types, namely single flowers with coated crowns, double flowers with layered crowns, and semi-double flowers. Types of Sakura are well-known in Japan, namely Prunus Yedoenensis, Sakura Hutan, Yammazakura, Yaezakura, and Shidarezakura. This plant is suitable to be planted in the lowlands or high, which is at an altitude of 1: 1000 above sea level. Sakura flowers bloom once a year, the flowers bloom at the end of March in winter until early April when the weather starts to warm. However, around September this flower falls.
          Cherry Blossoms has benefits such as the leaves and cherry blossoms soaked in salt water then used as a wrapper and food aroma, cherry blossoms can be made into tea which is generally drunk at special moments such as weddings, and twigs and buds of cherry blossoms can be used as coloring material natural.

RAFFLESIA ARNOLDI

Raffesia Arnoldi or Padma Raksasa is an obligate parasitic plant that grows on vines from the genus Tetrastigma. This plant was first discovered in 1818 in the tropical forests of Sumatra by Dr. Joseph Arnold. Rafflesia Arnoldi is the identity of Bengkulu province. This plant has flowers that expand with five crowns and are the only plants that do not have roots, leaves, and stems. Rafflesia Arnoldi has reproductive organs, namely stamens and pistils that lie in the middle of the base of a curved flower. The process of pollinating these plants is helped by insects that are attracted to the stinging smell of flowers. Flower buds are formed along the sidelines of the stem with the flower growth period can take up to nine months and the bloom period is about five to seven days, then the rafflesia will wither and die.
Distribution and habitat of rafflesia are spread in mountain forests below West Java, lowland forests along the southern beach of West Java and Central Java, lowland forests of Meru Betiri National Park, and tropical forests on the island of Sumatra. Some of the locations that are often found growing are Rafflesia Arnoldi flowers in Kerinci Seblat National Park, Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park, Seblat Elephant Training Center in North Bengkulu district, and Padang Guci Kaur District, Bengkulu. Bukit Barisan Selatan National Park is designated as the center of conservation of this plant.
