                                ADVANTAGES AND DISVANTAGES OF EELS
 
Advantages of eels for the body are:
1.   A high source of protein, in 1 serving of eel, there is a protein content of more 
     than 20 grams, this number is very high and good for meeting the body's daily protein 
     needs. Eels can be a recommended source of protein, with the right presentation, for 
     groups that need high protein intake, for example pregnant women to toddlers.
2.   Eels have minerals and protein derivatives that are quite complete, so it is good for 
     maintaining the health of organs, especially the heart, brain, and immune system. In 
     addition, the meat in eels is also able to form hormones that can prevent the occurrence 
     of cancer, especially breast cancer.

Disvantages of consuming eels. Consuming eels, in portions, frequencies, and improper 
serving methods will cause:
1. Increased cholesterol level
    Foods that contain a lot of animal protein, are very common have high  
    saturated fat content. In one serving (150-180 grams of eel), the 
    cholesterol content is 188 mg.
2. Increase body fat levels and risk of degenerative diseases
    If eels are consumed in large portions, too often, and cooking methods 
    that are high in fat, for example fried or fried flour.
